I'm not sure why a lot of people complained about these. For me they work as well as the name brand ones and are a lot more affordable. I haven't even gone through the whole pack yet and I see a difference. In terms of sensitivity I got that with the Crest ones too. I found it's better to do every other day or every third day to help. Also, don't leave it on any longer than the 30 min. Both these and crest can be tricky to stay on but what I found helps is to cut them almost in half before peeling off. That way you don't have to fold it over your teeth. And then you actually have a little bit left over to last longer than 10 days that way too depending on your teeth size. I would buy again. I drink coffee so I was fed up with the staining.

I did see a visible difference in the color of my teeth. I will say though it did make my teeth more sensitive to different temperatures. I didn't use it for the full 10days because of it, but it did actually whiten my teeth. I just couldn't handle it for 10 days

These work best with cleaning teeth before using them to get the utmost use and whiteness. But they are good size and stick on well.

I am currently balling on a budget and I am always going to be a budget girly, even if I am in a good place to splurge for name brand. This is one thing I may recommend splurging on. I haven’t done whitening strips since I was about 17 for homecoming or snowcoming or some other dance, but I remember the name brand strips being long enough to cover the majority of your teeth, even most of the back ones. This product is not it on that front. On my top half, it goes just a little past my canines (with the longest strip). On my bottom half, it ends in a similar area, possibly covering more, with the shorter strip. I am 5’1 and I have a little mouth, so that really isn’t a lot. I also accidentally put parts on my gums on my top half and it burns like hell (which I cannot remember experiencing before with other brands). Aside from that, my teeth began aching in the first 15 minutes. This is my first night using the product so I am unsure how the results will turn out, but I will 10000% NOT be using the product as directed by packing considering the pain I am already feeling in the first half of using the product. This will stay, at max, a 1-2 time a week thing if I continue with my wish to torture myself for beauty. Day 2 After using the product for one night, I had pain and sensitivity in my teeth (I do NOT have sensitive teeth normally) until about 6:30-7:00 pm today. I decided to say eff it and try the product again because I value my appearance more than my comfort and, as a wise (probably) man once said, beauty if pain. Tonight I am only doing 20 minutes and not the intrusted 30 mins so I will let y’all know how it goes. So far, it once agIn effing burns like hell. Psa: if you are truly balling on a budget, dilute some hydrogen peroxide in water and swish that shi in your mouth like mouthwash for 2 mins before rinsing thoroughly and repeat for 3-5 days. I did that in college when I was truly broke and it worked a damn charm. That is not medical advice, I am not a professional, do not come for me.

You get what you pay for - a cheap product that works like a cheap product. The strips lifted off my teeth before the 30 minute wear time was even over and then they left a gross residue on my teeth. And there has been no noticeable change in my teeth color either! Just buy name brand whitening strips!

These work as well as Crest, and are easy to use. I avoided them for a long time because the first Crest strips I used years ago had a strong hydrogen peroxide taste and I couldn't tolerate that. These have virtually no taste.
