Funciona muy bien! Mata los piojos. Vas peinando y cuando pilla un piojo suena como un mini chispazo y se detiene. Quitas el piojillo y sigues peinando. Trae su peine para limpiarlo.

Doesn't do what it says :(
I was desperate as we are combing and shampooing and they are still coming back so I bought this as a friend had used the Boots one and recommended it, but it is no longer available. Sadly this has not worked at all, it may be that this one is faulty but it makes a noise and never detects a nit, yet we can find them with a normal comb! Amazon were very good and have refunded us but I am really disappointed. I'm going to continue with the washing and combing every few days as I don't think there is an easy solution!
