Great book
I was diagnosed with a very rare syndrome requiring me to not only be on the anticoagulant medication Warfarin but because of my condition I must be extremely careful of how many mcg. of Vitamin K that I have each day. I have looked at everything on line, ordered other books, met with professionals and this is the most complete, easy to understand publication. I would recommend this book for anyone needing this help!

Amazing book for warfarin users
I have been on blood thinners for over 12 years. Vitamin K can throw off blood thinner levels so easily and create dangerous situations if you’re not careful. I have been very careful watch labels and looking up foods for years. I decided to get this book to try and make it a little easier because most products don’t always list K. I was shocked to see how many fast foods and other products contain vitamin K. You have to have some in your diet, you can’t fully eliminate it but to much can have consequences. This book is a must have if you struggle with maintaining you therapeutic range or are unsure of how much K you are consuming daily in your diet so your medication can be adjusted accordingly.

Confusing!
Too hard to find a specific item to check. Very confusing. Lots of items listed, but no clear categories.

Don't buy
I've been on warfarin since 2006. I regularly use google to get vitamin k values for foods, usually green vegetables. I already know corn is low to zero. Yet this book has 2 pages of entries for Corn. Why?!!!? Too much useless info. And only one entry for Arugula: for one leaf! Idiotic. Chapter 1 does a decent job of explaining warfarin therapy, but fails to warn readers/patients that cooking can significantly increase the K values and fails to include raw vs cooked. Don't buy
