Survival Kit Garberg/Kansbol

A useful little addition if you own a MORA Garberg or Kansbol knife. This item slips over the plastic sheath and snaps into place. It adds a ferrocium rod which is included and also a small sharpening strip. It looks expensive for what ii is, but you get the carrier and the rod. It is light and compact and easy to carry.

Excellent addition to my Mora Garberg. It just snaps on the sheath and adds another element to your kit.

I bought this for my Mora Kansbol. it fits on securely with no chance of it coming off in the woods. The ferro rod works as it should, throwing off a good shower of sparks. The little diamond plate on the side is nice if you don't normally carry a double sided stone in your pocket like I do (I carry a DMD 1"x3" double sided stone in the coin pocket of my jeans) All in all a great addition to a great knife.

I have the Kansbol, which I keep in a multi-mount sheath on the side of my backpack. I was a little worried that this ferro rod wouldn’t fit on it while it was in the multi-mount, but I needn’t have. As you can see, it fits on there just fine, and I can still remove and replace the green sheath from the multi-mount part no problem, for when I’m leaving my bag behind. It sparks well, adds almost no weight, and the retention is excellent. There’s no way that thing is going to be falling out! In fact, it’s just hard enough to pull out on purpose that it gives me peace of mind that it won’t be falling out accidentally. I like it enough that as soon as I get my wishlist Garberg, I’ll be getting another one of these to put on it too.

This is a wonderful addition to your Morakiv Garberg knife. Fits securely to the shieth. Excellent sparks made with the rod.

Habe es gefunden und gekauft Typische Mora Qualität halt sitzt wackelt hat und Luft überhaupt nichts dran zu meckern. Mora hat auch gut die mit Sitzt des Feuerstahl gelöst das nicht rausfallen kann bin sehr zufrieden. Einziger Negativ Punkt ist der Preis dafür.
