This bag of bands is absolutely terrific for a workout on the road. When away from home I always take it with me. I primarily use the green and blue bands, but it all depends on your strength. You can work out every body part. I like to do three sets and then a fourth drop set, meaning I pause for 20 seconds and then repeat the exercise I just did. I do upper body/lower body on alternate days for 15 minutes. They are really terrific. Pro tip: bring a pair of light lifting gloves with you and throw them in the bag with the bands.

When I first bought these, I overheard how band training could speed up muscle growth and saw someone else using these bands so I said why not and bought these. Out the box I loved them and used them I got more into heavy lifting and forgot about them. 8 months down the line, I used them for improvement on more movement I couldnt do full body weight on. I weighed 230 then, now I weigh 195 and carry these bands everywhere. MY HONEST REVIEW: the lemon is 110% worth the squeeze. I bought these in 2022 and we are in September of 2023. These all but my red band (which I use full weight and more on) IS NOW CRACKING, its not from product research or age but from use. Products are not going to last forever, especially on those products that are under 100-200% load nearly 5x weak thats impossible. Buy these if you want a durable band. After 2 years of use, I highly recommend.

The straps seem sturdy and are sized in the shown variety. The 2 thick ones will never be needed by me but the yellow was perfect. Length is ideal allowing pretty long use for most people but easy to just grip up on the end loops to the desired width. Sure beat the Sporting Goods store version of only one, black, and same price as ALL FIVE of these. (For those for whom they broke, buy more or use the stiffer ones.). It comes with cloth storage bag (mostly useless) and some cool strap thing which I think is designed to attached to a strap to loop onto arm or foot/leg. (I just gave the 2 way too strong straps to my gym for others to try.

I got these resistance bands to help me stretch out my shoulder after shoulder surgery. These help with resistance and allow you to stretch and work out muscles and other parts of the body, not just your shoulder.

Just got these and impressed so far.

Good resistance bands, I bought another set for the house

These resistance bands are great to use for physical therapy or for a nice workout. I really like that these have a weight range or a resistance range from when they’re not stretched out to when they are stretched out. So instead of just saying 50 pounds they say 50 to 75 pounds for example. They’re nice and stretchy and work great

Honestly the price point for these are real nice. You can get a lot done with bands, and these are no exception. The rubber on these doesn't feel cheap or smell of strong chemicals, doesn't feel like it'll break even under high tension, no sign of stretch deformation, from the highest resistance (red) to the lowest (yellow). Resistance feels consistent and not shaky even on the lower end ones, I don't feel like it'll lose grip and snap back at me, and the included door stop anchor is brilliant and simple. My elderly mom uses them to restore mobility as she's lost a lot of muscle strength, and they give her a great, safe stretch. If you need bands, get a pack of these and move on!
