I was looking for a edge control that had great holding and laying down edges on natural hair. I have tried many but this one I like the best out of them all! Even after sleeping on his hair a couple of days his edges still layed down. His hair layer down perfectly. It took about 3 days for it to start frizzing out. Normally, as soon as he sleeps on it it's frizzing all over the place. I don't have to do his hair every other day. It smells amazing and it makes his hair smell amazing! It doesn't take alot to lock in and hold his hair in place. The price is amazing for the results! This will be our go to edge control from here on!

Firstly I must say that I transitioned to natural hair last year. My 4c hair is very frizzy and if I want to pull it back in a bun or use a hair piece it never stays flat. I have tried numerous gels and even edge controls but to no avail. Fortunalety, I was researching and saw the style factor gel but a reviewer advised against using that and said the edge booster would work better. I decided to follow her advice and to my elation it WORKED. This is the first time in my 17 months of being natural that my hair stays in place. I use the edge booster as a gel. I just spritz my hair with water on mornings and then reapply a little of the edge booster and my hair lays flat for the day. I am so happy. This edge control is not available in my country so I had to import it. Fortunately I bought two jars. The smell is great. I have no problem thus far with any white residue. I highly recommend it.

i love this product. it took me a while to review because I had to use all of the containers. and I was in between buzzcuts. but its 10/10 for me. the smell of these babies are everything to me, it doesn't over power any perfumes or anything. it gives great hold, if you use too much it will turn white but theres no need for a lot, a little goes along way. ive had my braiders use this on my hair compared to the jam gel. I will continue to buy this product as long as I have hair lol

This product will hold down your edges for the most part...however it FLAKES LIKE I’LL CRAZY! I was a so disappointed bc I’m so over using “got be glue” which is the ONLY thing that truly hold down 4c Afro hair (but it has alcohol in it) This product may work very well for finer hair types... you can try using oil with it so it won’t turn white on you.... but adding oil on the product causes the product to raise and look crazy. So I’m back to Square one... trying to find a real edge control should not be this hard and wasteful of my time and money. :(
