Q: Are these normal sized or are they smaller like Jelly Bellies?

Same as any regular sized jelly beans you can buy online or at a grocery store so yeah they were about the same size as jelly bellies but this brand is based out of Ireland so if your lucky you'll get ones that are still fresh like when I bought mine and they have no return window just a refund through Amazon if there stale as the top is held on by a sticker with a snap down type lid

Q: What are the exact ingredients? I'm looking for something without corn starch or citric acid.

They have both 'Modified Corn Starch' and 'Citric Acid'. Guess these won't work.
