What is the shelf life of an open jar of Adjika sauce?

I eat it with I. Couple weeks. But I think there so much sodium it could have safe for long time. Keep refrigerated!!!

Does it have fenugreek?

Hard to tell. The ingredients list just discloses "spices". Also, "fenugreek" in Georgian cuisine isn't always what we understand as fenugreek. They use blue fenugreek which is related, but tastes rather different.

Can't see the ingredients in the picture of the jar. What are the ingredients please? And organic? Country of origin?

water, California pepper, garlic, spices, bell pepper, salt, citric acid. Not listed as organic. No preservatives. Made in the USA

I have three different brands, one from US and Two from Georgia. None of them have Kosher/Parve on them. The ingredients look not unkosher; but that's all I know.
