I’ve owned a couple of these already from Willie & Max and don’t have any complaints. The bottom is protected with a thick and sturdy plastic strip on the inside and the top flap retains its shape well. It’s easy to install and to clean and hasn’t yet faded in the hot California sun. It comes with some protective plastic adhesive strips to protect your swing arm paint but don’t really need it. One thing I’ll note about this compared to other knock off brands or cheaper bags is that you don’t get stray threads coming out of the straps or other edges of the pleather. My other ones have shedded threads like crazy and look terrible but this bag doesn’t do any of that and looks great even after months of use. Definitely worth the price tag. It’s not real leather but that’s a plus for me as it’s easier to maintain and sturdier. I can fit a variety of things in the bag such as water bottles, flashlights, cargo meshes, zip ties, bungees, registration, etc. Gives you some carrying functionality without bulking up your bike with saddlebags. Using it on a 2009 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 Custom on the left side. One thing you might want to be aware of is that, while it is compatible and fits fine and doesn’t interfere with the shocks, the bottom strap is not easily anchored to the frame. Since the top straps are secure and do fit on the swing arm, I’ve just left the bottom unconnected. It’s still connected securely at two points so I don’t care. Also, you won’t be able to put the passenger peg in the retracted position. I took mine off anyway since I’m not planning to have this bike have two-up capability. But this might be a problem for your specific needs.
