Great laptop, terrible warranty
Purchased it during a special offer so it cost me around AED 3100, which makes it a great deal for a well-built, sturdy laptop with RTX3050Ti. It has a proper RGB keyboard, if you're interested in such things, and space for a 2nd NVMe drive. However, like the others, I also had a warranty problem since the warranty was already activated by Lenovo and though I bought it in December 2023, my Lenovo Warranty is only till May 2024. Buyer beware, as Lenovo Middle East were not helpful in resolving this.

High quality, excellent choice
We bought the laptop for my wife as a starting interior designer for her to use for 3ds max, archicad and corel draw. So, far, laptop meets our expectations. It easily processes 3ds max, rendering is done quick and smooth. Excellent choice. High quality.

Warranty issue
Product is beast but when you check warranty with lenovo it only left 3 month,mailed lenovo with invoice they refused to update warranty. Here is the mail from lenovo. Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Lenovo Registration Team. I am sorry to inform you that we found more than 6 months of difference between your invoice date( 2024-03-01 ) and the machine's manufacturing date hence( 2022-03-29 ), I am afraid we are unable to update the invoice date. But you may seek help for reseller. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Blaire Lenovo Registration Team

Product, packaging was good, got as per the specs described, but got issues with warranty
Everything is fine; packaging, genuine product, quality delivery and packaging.. but the one issue with the warranty; as specified i need to get 2 years of warranty, but the warranty date starts way before; almost 1.5 years before i purchased the product, this is very disappointing. Presently i have only six months warranty remaining, i tried contacting customer care, but they said the warranty starts on the purchase date, but on lenovo site and system, the warranty only remains six more months.. very disappointed with amazon and lenovo for this.. hope amazon and lenovo rectify this issue....

Good but noisy fans
It's performance is great but fans are noisy when playing good graphics games on it!😀 Will be able to update this review after 1-2 months usage

exactly as described. had some technical issues at the start, but luckily they weren't too serious. very fast and reliable laptop. a keeper for sure!

لا يوجد مصداقيه في البيع الجهاز اقل من شهر وبدات المشاكل فيه يشتغل ويفصل لحاله وعند الاتصال بخدمه العملاء لاسترجاع الضمان يقولون لا يوجد له ضمان غير في دبي وعند شرائي لم يوضح أمازون ذلك شي سي سي سي جدا جدا جدا لا احد يشتري من أمازون لا مصداقيه الجهاز اقسم بالله خربان حاجه في منتهي قله المصداقيه والمشكلة طلعت مازر يورد يعني لاب توب خربان حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
