Will it would work with a 20 inch rim?

These are for an Asian-style gas moped scooter, not a pedal bicycle. even if your pedal bike has a 20" rim with a six-hole hub, this isn't what you want for a pedal bike. Standard pedal bike rotor have bolt holes that are 44mm across from each other; these are for a moped spaced at 48 mm. Look for the "BlueSunshine MTB BB" for bikes. Even with that part, your wheel needs to be designed with the six holes for the rotor bolts in the middle, and your fork and frame need to have the two bolt holes for the calipers. The size of the tire does not matter, it's whether it is "disc ready" that makes the difference. If your bike has the proper mounting holes, than yes - this will work on a 20" wheel that has the proper holes.

Will this go over my motor gear

Bolts on to front if youre trying to put disc brakes on the back u needs "jakes hub adapter" and a special wheel doesnt have wire spokes like on the double disc brake mongoose mountain bike
