Unisex Adult Gizeh Thong Sandals

Got my first pair of birks from amazon a couple weeks ago. I had to work them in around the house for a trip to Disney. We go tommorrow so hopefully they continue to be comfortable. I received my package prompt and a day or so earlier then expected delivery. First couple days they were stiff and hard. Even after the couple days the first 5 minutes they felt slightly uncomfortable. I think it's mostly because my feet are not used to the support. Now about 2 weeks of throwing them on in the house daily they are very comfy. I had no issue with the toe thing although it niggled at me a bit so I tightened the straps and they felt better. Once I tightened the straps they were stiff but loosened after wear. Bottom line is they are shoes and most shoes need to be worked in. I have worked in many shoes and this was pretty easy. No blisters nor any real pain. If anything it was stiff and uncomfortable for a couple days. Now I haven't worn them to Disney yet but I have worn them daily at home and sometimes all day running after 4 kids. Now for size. I originally ordered a 40 and then after reading reviews instantly cancelled cancelled and ordered a 39. I ordered them originally in size 40 after using the birkenstock site measurements. I am usually somewhere between an 8 1/2 and 9. The 39 were perfect so I'm glad I ordered a size smaller. The style is super cute and I am not usually a birks girl. This is about the only style I like and it looks great on my feet and with cute polish ;). I got the silver and it's pretty versatile and matches most outfits.

Hands down favorite Birkenstock for fit and comfort. These are like not wearing shoes at all, but with the support of a Birkenstock. I’ve had this pair for a year now (see photos), and have worn them hard (Southeast Texas weather means “Summer” weather 3/4 of the year - and I’ve work them A LOT) because they are my “go to” daily sandal. The shoes have held up from the rigor - while the footbeds are pulling away at the back heel a tad and the cork has a bit of breakdown, the soles are looking great and the straps look brand new still. The silver is gorgeous! I’ll buy another pair soon if it’s about the same cost as having footbeds replaced. Either way - worth it. Wish I had them in several colors!

I broke my foot and needed to wear supportive shoes after my cast came off - the doctor recommended birkenstocks but I am not the biggest fan of their look. These were great though - they have the supportive birkenstock sole and the thong sandal makes them look more like the ones I regularly wear. Additionally, the silver colored fabric makes them more visually appealing than some of the other leather options The thong does take a little getting used to but once you do these are great. Also, if you are traveling these are perfect shoes to get through security or to slip on or off to walk your dog or get in and out of the house quickly.

This is my second pair of Birkenstocks and I'm still in love. The first time I purchased these, I bought myself the wrong size but this second pair was correct. I can wear these sandals all day, and more importantly, they look good with anything. Dresses, skinny jeans, shorts, you name it and these will fit the description. I have very high arches so these shoes definitely provide great arch support and a comfy footbed. One thing to note is that if you have somewhat sensitive feet like I do, give it a little time to break in the foot thong portion of the shoe. The material is a little stiff at that part of the shoe but once you get used to it, you will feel like you're walking barefoot! Also, try not to wear them in the rain or get them wet.

I've never worn Birks but I absolutely hated these from the second I put them on. The reviews were about half and half so I gave them a try. They were just uncomfortable. Period. I'm not going to buy a pair of shoes that I have to wear for hours on end before they are comfortable! No way!

Fit as expected because I read other reviews and added the number 30 to my american shoe size. Fits perfectly. I wear them everywhere, they take some breaking in and are not cushy as some people may be expecting. I had a knockoff version of these and liked the style so much I decided the real thing was worth it for the quality and foot support. Silver matches with everything. My sister has them, and also sent a pair for my daughter (they have kids sizes) so we can all match!!

Regalate a mia madre per il suo onomastico. Le ha gradite moltissimo,colore molto bello che si adatta a qualsiasi look. Inoltre essendo argentate si sporcano con più difficoltà e... sembrano nuove più a lungo. Prezzo davvero conveniente

Good shape to give support & looks good

Den Schuh trage ich auf der kleinsten Stufe und dann passt er. Das ist alles okay. Lange Strecken kann man damit aber nicht wirklich zurück legen. Er ist etwas zum Schlendern, aber bei ca 10.000 Schritten bekomme ich etwas Fußprobleme. Vielleicht liegt es auch an mir, aber für einen Städtetripp ist dieser Schuh meiner Meinung nach nichts. Dann lieber auf richtige Turnschuhe zurück greifen. Trotzdem sehr angenehm zu tragen, der Steg ist finde ich nicht zu hart und sie sehen in dem silber sehr schön aus.
