While this product works, I experience stomach cramping and intense gas/bloating every time I take it. I assume that the insane quantity of sucralose is upsetting my stomach. BEWARE—this product cannot be returned. You will be stuck with a tub of Jolly Rancher-tasting powder.

Works great but I was looking for a stimulate free product for my evening sessions and I could not sleep. There’s no caffeine but something in it causing me to stay awake all night. I’ve never had a problem with sleep untill I took this.

Raw Pump (Watermelon) is a solid choice for anyone looking for a pre-workout without all the heavy stimulants. The flavor is surprisingly true to watermelon. Mixed well, no clumps or bad grainy texture.

I’ve had just about every pre over my 13 years of lifting. Loved this stuff for a while, but this new tub has given me horrible gas for a few hours after every workout. I thought it was something I ate, but it’s been the same the past 6 workouts. Going to lower to one scoop to see if that helps.
