FoxAlien Masuter Pro 3-Axis Desktop CNC Router Machine

What are fabulous piece of kit, arrived on time and in the most fabulously packed boy in layer and layer of foam. Has kept me amused for hours. Had a small issue with a limit switch and contacted fox alien customer services who where so helpful, they diagnosed the problem which I replaced the switch from the spare from my delivery, they then sent me a replacement which arrived in a couple of days. Now works perfectly real customer service.

Firstly, it’s worth while watching videos etc on making svg files because I had the machine 2 weeks before I even cut something. I mean you could make money with it but so far my projects are all for myself but it’s a fantastic machine.Doing calculations are the best for speeds and feeds but don’t push it to its max if you don’t have to rush projects. Truthfully I found that buying the bigger router motor was a great move.I’d like to say that foxalien’s email crew / customer service are the best I’ve ever ever ever dealt with, they know how to talk you properly and don’t just try and push you away they respond so quickly and try so hard with links and everything so you can get everything going the way it should be, which I can’t thank them enough.1000000% but this machine.

Punched this machine after reading reviews for my hubby for Christmas 2024. Excellent build quality and performance. Very very good value for money and a competitive price, lots of extra upgrades if you wish and my hubby did upgrade to the 300w motor and the 400 x 800 extension kit. Excellent after sales and support and the go the extra mile to help with any problems. 5 Stars on all of the above and would recommend to anybody looking at buying one.Well done FoxAlien

Only been using for a month. So far quality precise milling particularly of EPS products .

I’m totally new to the world of cnc and decided to take the plunge with this machine. Set up was very simple, in fact it couldn’t have been made simpler. All the wires are labelled and the instructions are a doddle to follow. Within an hour of it being delivered, I had run out my first carving, it was that simple.I now have the machine running most nights cutting out and engraving projects and am so pleased with it, I have just ordered a laser to engrave with from the same company.It also came with some spare parts including a bracket that holds my hand router for the bigger jobs.There are several free trial programs out there which will run the machine and do your bidding. Some are a little technical, but others are so simple beyond belief that you can be up and running within minutes.Would definitely recommend this machine to anyone considering it.Foxalien, if you want to send me some freebies, I won’t complain 😁

Not a bad machine for learning but found it to be not quite precise enough for serious work, returned and bought the 3S which is better.

Firstly the machine arrived with a broken clamp and wasn't useable, 3 weeks of arguing with Fox Alien and I managed to get another clamp then in October the connector that connects it to a PC fell off the control board and another clamp failed, I've been waiting 4 months for customer service to send the correct part, basically the machine has been one disaster after another, the belts stretch badly and need replacing within a few weeks, the clamps fail and need replacing within a few weeks (still waiting for replacement), the control boards are weak and poorly soldered - still waiting for replacement... Basically the whole machine has been a nightmare, I've bought a Workbee Z1+ since and not had a days trouble from it... Unlike this absolute heap of junk from Fox Alien. Do your research before you buy and if it looks too good to be true it probably is ... Fox Alien customer service absolutely disgraceful

Great CNC and very happy with my purchase.

Using it with a vevor 65mm router, 20W laser (Solvo) and a Plasma cutting torch. I do everything from laser designs on drum sticks to making brackets for car parts, body parts for cars and various wood design art pieces. Easy to put together with clearly marked cables. Comes with a pack of 1/8” router bits.I mounted my boards on the bottom so that I get more clearance for machining. Just need to use 10mm longer M5 screws. I will make a plasma cutting table and use this as an automated plasma cutter for repeatable pieces. Amazing piece of gear for very little money.

Una maravilla, funciona perfectamente y es muy fácil de usar

nulla da dire, è la migliore. per avere il massimo dei risultati per lavori con frese grandi consiglio di cambiare immediatamente il trapanino che però è ottimo per piccoli lavori. Con un bel matita da 65mm si può fare qualunque cosa. ora farò delle modifiche per renderla più grande. per i miei lavori di insegne neon necessito di un piano più grande.

Ich hatte mich schon lange mit dem Gedanken beschäftigt mir eine CNC-Fräse zuzulegen.Meine Wahl viel dabei auf die Masuter Pro von Foxalien und ich bereue dies keinen Moment.Der Aufbau ging Reibungslos von statten und die Aufbauanleitung gibt keine Rätsel auf. Die Kabel sind schon im Kabelkanal verlegt und so war ich nach ca. einer (entspannten) Stunde fertig.Bisher habe ich mich auf Holzfräsen beschränkt und habe keinerlei Probleme damit. Als Software benutze ich Easel, welches für Einsteiger Perfekt ist.Der Kundenservice ist Top und bei Fragen würde ich diesen jederzeit empfehlen.Habe mir dann gleich die 300W-Spindel zugelegt und würde das jedem empfehlen.Alles im allem bin ich mit der CNC-Fräse vollkommen zufrieden.

Super machine. Après avoir pris la fraiseuse CNC matuser Pro. J'ai pris l’extension 40x80 et les moteurs nema23. J'ai voulu reconstruire l'extension et j'ai pris chez FoxAlien la barre central et j'ai commandé des micro Switch. Ce qui me fait deux fraiseuses.
