Title: Extremely Disappointing - Poor Quality and Unfair Return Policy
I am extremely disappointed with this stethoscope. Not only does it hurt to wear, but I can barely hear my own heart with it. The sound clarity is abysmal, and the ear tips are of very poor quality. When I tried to return the item, I was shocked to find out that I had to pay for the return shipping. Despite this, I went ahead with the return process. To make matters worse, when my replacement was approved, I only received a 50% refund. The reason given was that I had opened and used the item. How else am I supposed to check the product without using it at least once? I feel like I have been robbed. Do not waste your money like I did. Save yourself the trouble and look for a better quality product with a fair return policy.

Ottimo fonendo, rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale
Sono un cardiologo ospedaliero e mi serviva un fonendo da battaglia da tenere a casa per auscultare amici e parenti o da portare alle eventuali visite domiciliari. In ospedale uso un Littmann Master Cardiology e in studio un Littmann Classic II e non volevo scomodare nessuno dei due. Posso dire con assoluta onestà che non sfigura affatto accanto agli altri, questo fonendo è assolutamente valido, vale anche più dei soldi spesi, lo vedo veramente perfetto per tutti gli studenti di infermieristica e medicina che hanno bisogno di un prodotto che non costi un occhio della testa ma che permetta di effettuare dignitosamente e senza problemi l'auscultazione. Lo consiglio anche a chi abbia necessità di un fonendo affidabile in un contesto clinico standard. Poca spesa e tanta resa, lo ricomprerei altre volte.
