Couch is exactly as described! Easy assemble and padding very comfortable. Easy pullout and bed is comfortable. Sofa is petite, but perfect for my “she-room!”

honestly I prefer a hard surface when sleeping and this is definitely that! it’s surprisingly spacious when flat for one person and completely uncomfortable when in sofa position for laying. 1/10 for not being able to recline halfway, I can only lay or sit up the back rest which doesn’t match the item description. overall: hard, good texture, came quickly, smelled a little odd, still working months later

This is the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever been on. Who designed this? It looks nice but it is really not comfortable at all. My daughter slept on this couch for 2 weeks and her back hurt so bad we thought it was something serious so we took her to the er. It was literally just the couch. It feels like rocks are softer than the couch. Do not buy.

I purchased this very inexpensive little sofa sleeper for my home office, which can now turn into a guest room if needed. It's a loveseat for sure - only 55" from arm to arm. The cushion doesn't have much give today (the first day). But it sits at a nice height. The material is soft and velvety, and the cushioned pattern looks very professional. Folding out the bed is incredibly easy. It's a twin, so not for everyone, but it was perfectly comfortable today in my little lunchtime lie down. The little throw pillows that came with are nicely filled with a one-piece insert. They have zipper closures and the seams look really good. Now the cons: I have a feeling I might have received a return, or maybe a display model. One of the side casters is broken off (pictured). The side casters are not 100% necessary. The trundle does not roll on a track inside the main box. The floor casters are more than enough for an easy pull-out. So the broken piece is irrelevant. The tiny screwdriver included is useless. To install the floor casters to the frame, get a drill or an electric screwdriver. Even though the holes are pre-drilled, you'll be sitting with that tiny screwdriver forever! I took it's photo next to the broken caster wheel specifically for this review, and promptly chucked it in favor of my electric. That black material backing you get on inexpensive furniture is already coming off the underside, tearing off the staples. There are also some small scuffs along the back of the couch that no one will ever see, and one on the front bottom (pictured) that looks like a shoeprint. I will try to get that out before I decide if I need to call or send back. While the shoeprint mar is a bummer, all in all, for the price I paid I'm not too disappointed. As you can see, it looks pretty nice in the photos, and I had a couple of compliments already in my conference calls today so that's a plus. I would give one thumb up.

Couch looks and feels nice fire the price, it is a bit small so perfect for a small apartment. The sofa bed portion has a pretty good design. Had some issues with a defective part and the seller responded quickly to fix the issue and send a new part.

My landlord was kind enough to help me with this up 3 flights of stairs. It was 150 lbs of dead weight unseparated as shipped. Shipping was an extra $100 but getting an additional person to bring it upstairs was more $. I needed a drill, my instruction were different than the picture but I was able to add everything for the bottom. Sitting up is lumpy because the back of the bottom cushion is higher and that’s where the root of the problem begins when making it into a bed. I bought 2 mattress covers trying to balance out the lumpiness with memory . I ended up sleeping on the floor for 7 days! Way to let me down! Can I at least get a refund on my shipping?? I am grateful for my temper-pedic mattress topper that I put on a foam mattress on a fuzzy large rug! Maybe I’ll get a Murphy bed next.

It fit right though my rv door no problem went together pretty easily. But took 2 months for it to ship.

could use more padding. assembly was straitforward. it is very easy to convert to bed by using two pull straps and letting it glide on the casters. the back clicks into 3 positions, sit , lounge and sleep.
