Most of these are filled chocolates, which was a bit of a surprise... the description is not very good. The chocolates were delicious.

I used to buy these chocolates in Brussels at the source and they were of the best quality and more affordable there. I now only order them for VERY SPECIAL PEOPLE in my family circle since I know what they are receiving is some of the best chocolates in the world. With love and to spoil them of course.

These Belgian chocolates are imported from a business in Florida. After visiting Belgium over the summer, I was looking for real Belgian chocolates and that is exactly what I received! Imported from a business in Florida, the chocolates were packed in a box with synthetic ice that kept them at the perfect temperature. The assortment of styles and types were wonderful and, most importantly, they were delicious. Highly recommend for the chocolate fanatic in your house.

I wish that I had read these reviews about the seller Marky’s before I made this purchase. The Leonidas item that I had ordered was not the product that was delivered. It was not in the red gift wrapped package. The contents were different than the image on Amazon. It appeared to be a different Leonidas 1lb. box of chocolates. There was no expiration date but I had the impression that the candy was not fresh. It did not taste as good as my two previous purchases from Leonidas. Perhaps it was an old box that Marky’s had in stock and an unauthorized substitution was made. The only reason that I had selected Marky’s was the fact that it was currently unavailable at Leonidas. My best advice is to only buy from Leonidas. I will not do business with Marky’s. I sent feedback to the seller with no reply. I am grateful that Amazon refunded $69.98.
