I have had gut issues and food sensitivities and intolerances for years. It got to the point where there were only a handful of foods I could eat safely. I was miserable with all the restrictions. I’ve been using Healthy Gut products for about a year but hadn’t tried Holoimmune yet. I read someone else’s review…similar symptoms…made me want to try it. I did what the guy had done…started slowly and worked my way up to a full capsule (I started with 1/4 capsule and increased each week by another 1/4). By the time I was up to a full capsule, I was tolerating way more foods. Admittedly I started doing other things (like also using FODZYME and grounding/earthing for an hour daily), but I truly believe Holoimmune has played a significant role in my ability to tolerate and enjoy more foods.

10+ years of allergies gone i used to have to constantly breathe through my mouth because my nasal passages were super congested it’s a little expensive but id be lying if i said this wasn’t worth it. I love this company and i love this product.

Holloimmune has been very helpful with my oral health. The Healthygut staff are very attentive and helpful. Yep, it’s expensive but worth it. Nothing else compares to their research, products and help.

Love this product! Helps with histamine issues but I wish it came with more in the bottle and weren’t so expensive

This is really an incredibly formulated immune support / anti-allergy product. It contains effective dosages of a wide range of highly researched immune promoting probiotic strains, and multiple of the ingredients have demonstrated their efficacy in clinical trials for reducing seasonal allergies. The formulation: *250mg Beta D-Glucan: improves respiratory health. (Made from spent brewer's yeast, studied at 250-500mg/day) *50mg Immuse: Activates pDC (plasmacytoid dendritic cells) to improve immune function. (Studied at 50mg/day) *50mg Immuno-LP20: Anti-allergic effects, anti-inflammatory, enhances immunity, and improves oral health (studied at 10mg+) *21mg L92: Studied extensively for reducing rhinitis symptoms (efficacy with 21 mg to as high as 180mg) My experience and thoughts: I live in a very high pollen area, and go through roughly 5 tissues a day due to allergies. Since taking this for a few weeks, I have felt a noticeable reduction in my allergy symptoms and probably lowered that number to around 2 tissues per day. So while it has definitely helped, it hasn't worked as a miracle cure for me. That being said, if your allergies are truly debilitating, you may wish to consider trying this because the formulation is excellent and science based. It is certainly a premium immune promoting/anti-allergy supplement, but it might be worth a try. *I will update once I finish my bottle if my allergies seem to worsen or change at all.
