How are these best spread over an acre worth of plants?

Mix with a media (saw dust, wheat bran, etc) that you can meter with a spreader. You could distribute islands on a grid basis. Seems 5k eggs across 43k sq. ft. might be a little light, given most will be consumed. Of the few times I tried lacewings, I can remember only seeing them in the fall. Our ladybug attempts did much better and we've seen a large return this year without adding more. No lacewings to speak of so far. Reno NV/elev. 4,300'/dry air.

You should ask under another seller's listing. Not one of my 5000 eggs hatched and seller was uncooperative when I requested a refund...
