While the product itself is good, I find the packaging quite inconvenient to use. Whenever I try to pour the product onto my makeup pad, I end up spilling it.

I find it great in removing especially eye make up as I gave sensative and dry skin. But, I received it unsealed and I didn't like that it too liquidy for me.

Could be just that my sensitive skin could not tolerate this, but it left the skin around my eyes red, feeling raw and burned. I haven’t used the product at any other time so can’t say if it’s authentic or just my sensitivities.

It is very light on the sensitive skin. But you have to remove mascara more than once in comparison to other good eye makeup removers which is uncomfortable and pulls the skin more

I am very satisfied with this eye makeup remover. It removes even waterproof makeup gently but effectively, without irritating my eyes. The skin around my eyes feels comfortable and hydrated after use, not dry or greasy. I will definitely continue using it.

The Very best eye makeup remover Ever! I loved how throughly, yet gently, it removed eye makeup - the works: mascara,eyeliner,& eyeshadow. Even my 19 & 21 year old granddaughters fell in love with it & they are tough consumers to please!

It’s better than many makeup removers out there but it does not remove waterproof mascara easily, and leaves a bit of a residue although less than many other products. It does not have a scent. Overall, I have better makeup removers, and for me it’s not worth it.

Removes eye makeup with a little effort. Is not necessarily gentle in my opinion. Irritating considering it's fragrance free and most CeraVe products are good.
