Junk phone, bad design, open back
When I received this I noticed that the back isn't fully sealed, it's trying to open up. I can fit a finger nail in there. Pressing it closed is temporary, it opens back up after time. There's no way this phone is water resistant with a gaping opening in the back. The phone is difficult to use, my previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy S10+ but this one, the system notification bar is on the left side of the top corner so I can't just drag down like normal, I have to reach all the way across to the other side otherwise it'll drag down the settings bar. It was fine how it was, why did they split it in two like this I have no idea. The phone quality is not very good. The screen size is okay and the color is vibrant. There is nowhere to plug in my earphones. I don't use Bluetooth because the batteries just do not last, and then I end up losing them anyway. I prefer 3.5mm earphones which I have several pairs that can no longer be used now that I have this phone. There is no Sdcard slot and I've checked everywhere. It took me like 2 minutes looking for an Sdcard slot and 3.5mm Jack before I realized there were none. I am incredibly disappointed in this device, it is a waste of money. I would have been better to buy a Galaxy S10+ I will never buy Samsung again. They are supposed to get better in quality but instead they lose quality. This phone should be $20 because it's a toy for children It also forgets stuff in background apps. If I am writing a review for example, and I switch over to another app, the system will forget my review when I switch back over to this app. It doesn't hold it in memory so I have to start all over from the beginning.

Perfect
I got the S21 upgrading from a S9+. It's my first used phone. The new phone was in great condition and was able to quickly move my data and pictures from my old phone. Added the existing sim card and the phone worked perfectly. this was a good buy from this company

Perfectly refurbished
Wouldn't even know it was refurbished, it's perfect! Especially because I cover all of my stuff with cases, screen protectors and covers anyways.

Waste of money...Never again!
I decided to purchase this phone as an upgrade because my old phone was acting up and would you believe I had to downgrade back to my old Samsung. The S21 FE worked for 2 days and by the 3rd day It stops working. Total waste of money. I gave one star because it was in good condition

Amazing Phone I love it!!!
Great phone!! I had the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and lost it in a house fire, ordered this one to replace it. It's far better than my now toasty Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. Love this phone!!!

Dropped my phone in a bucket of water put in rice a couple hours. Two months later the phone works as good as before
