Size is good to cover almost 3/4 th of thumb. Sticks and stays for 4,5days easily, even with regular wash.

Not sticky enough
You also may need something a little more sticky. You probably will not buy their competitor Hansaplast because of their unscrupulous bundling practises even though it is a better product and more fit for purpose These sellers are gaming the system. They should be more straightforward. Bundling is a bad idea but it gets rid of products that do not sell well. Amazon should look into this.
