The product is practical one

Performance of the product is good as described. But I am really unhappy beacause the sender have sent a damaged product, whereas the packaging was totally intact.

After the use the upper portion gets darkened, we can not use water for cleaning . More over provision is also not there to get rid of the ashes forming at the bottom. Otherwise it it is okay

Air control, regular power input. Can be battery (4 AA batteries) operated in case of power cut. Very cute and useful product. Smoke disappears in such a nice way, that you cannot figure out if there is any smoke at all. Instead of buying smokeless sticks from Abroad and other places, buy this product and use regular havan sticks, works absolutely perfect.

Technology of this Product is very innovative, but design & finishing of the product is not that much eye-catching & it is over-priced…
