It's fine but it's weird that it took literally months before it stopped being misshapen and finally looks like a sphere. It still has little wrinkles in it from how it was packaged. It's a medium sized ball and seems to be as tough as I'd expect from an exercise ball. I like the little inflation pump they included, it works well. I think these balls are great to have in any home gym as they are super versatile. I do wish the ball didn't take so long to find a spherical shape.

Seller contacted me regarding the review below. They've offered a full refund or replacement. Since I already sent my niece another ball she doesn't have need for another. I've opted for a refund. Grateful this seller is proactive in correcting issues and taking care of their customers. Original review: Sent the large green one to my niece for her to use after pregnancy. She's 5'4 & ordered based on the site recommendation. These are amazing to sit on and bounce collicky babies. Her favorite color is green. When her husband inflated it to the max it would go, he said he physically couldn't force anymore air into it, it was half the size it should have been! Bigger than the balls we played 4 square at school, but MUCH smaller than the 23" to 26" it should have been. My niece, having had a Csection, can't get that low too sit on it let along get up off it! Since they threw away the product box I'm unable to have them return it to Amazon. I wasted money buying this ball, ordered them another one that actually inflated to the size on the box! It's definitely NOT operator error since her husband has inflated a number of these balls. There is a defect with the one they received. Perhaps a Small size ball was returned in the Large size box by mistake. This is what they are telling me that they saw. Big box for a small ball. Disappointed and irritated about this purchase. In the photo you'll see the green ball and the Medium size pink ball she already has.

This is a complete package. Comes with pump, plug, and plug extractor. It's durable and the color matches the advertising.

This is great for floor exercises where you lift the ball with your legs or arms - easy to blow up and such a great addition to my home gym

My wife loves this ball, using all the time. She is small lady (under 5') and ball fits perfect. Good product.

Deflate rapidly in my opinion but overall good and useful
