LA Balloons 001116 Hi-Float Solution, 5 oz, Transparent

Product works GREAT!! The image was taken 3 days after the first balloon (7/29) was inflated. As you can see, the balloon with hi-float is still floating and the balloon without (inflated on 7/30) is not. Take-aways:- great for any size latex/rubber balloons- if you insert the pump into the bottle before unlocking the pump, it will NOT unlock. If you’ve already made the mistake, just pull the pump out of the bottle to unlock it- I would NOT recommend for clear and/or confetti balloons. As I discovered, the interior of the balloon will be visibly moist for several days.

Hi-Float really does work!! I was skeptical based on reviews. Since there were a few positive reviews, We decided, for $5, it was work a try. We conducted several tests to learn what worked and what did not. Hands down, every balloon with Hi-Float was still floating strong 72 hours later. We had to leave our balloon bouquet behind due to travel, so not sure just how long our balloons lasted.A few tips that may help when using g Hi-Float.You need to use only a very small amount.I utilized the long pump/dispenser by sliding ballon over spout, pumped a small amount worked it around balloon while on spout.I noticed if I put too much Hi-Float, my balloon would not rise. Each balloon needs only a very, very thin layer/seal. Fill your balloon with helium fairly soon after using Hi-Float, otherwise it will start to dry, causing balloon to pop when inflating.After filling a few balloons, it goes pretty quick. Definitely worth the extra step.Without Hi-Float, my previous DIY helium balloons would last only 4-6 measly hours. Lame! Hi-Float will indeed make your helium balloons float days and days longer ger!

Edit:They must’ve changed the formula because this stuff only works on huge balloons now. ALL of the other balloons we’ve used in the past don’t float at all with it. We thought there was something wrong with the helium tank but it was working just fine, it was the Hi-Float solution. So instead of filling 30+ balloons for a birthday, we were only able to do about 16. Very disappointed because this stuff used to be awesome. I no longer recommend it.This stuff is incredible!We like to fill the house with balloons for our kids’ birthdays. They love waking up to balloons everywhere. It became pretty tedious having to run to party city after they went to bed so we bought our own small helium tank at Walmart. The balloons would only last a few hours and more than half were completely down in the morning and the rest just looked sad.We decided to buy this stuff because it’s party city’s secret sauce for balloons and WOW our latex balloons lasted for NINE DAYS strong! Totally unbelievable. It’s worth the price.*A word of caution: be careful not to overfill the balloons with helium when this stuff is inside. A few exploded in my husbands face and he was covered in goop. It was hilarious, although he didn’t think so ;)

The media could not be loaded. I’m excited to use this for my business Revive278. I do gift arrangements and I want to use it for a particular bobo design. I love that it comes with the nozzle to put into the balloon and a pump that you can control the amount you want going into the balloon. It has a thick consistency (gel like) so wear gloves. It comes with an instruction manual so it’s pretty easy to understand how to use it. I bought the small bottle to test it out first. Love it Will buy the bigger bottle. It’s great buy but a bit on the pricier end.

I watched a YouTube video showing a man using helium and high float. So is started looking to buy a helium tank so I can hav wit all ready until my moms birthday but then I’m like maybe it will work with air only so I did some more research and found the same man blowing it up but with air pump so I’m like cool it works I should get the air pump instead of the helium tank cause it will save me so money. When it got here I was excited and got 2 balloons out and tested different amounts in it I did not float at all so I went and got more and used even less nope nothing so my strategy is to now glue the balloons to the wall and ceiling. PLEASE DELETE THAT VIDEO SHOWING YOU CAN DO THAT. Thank you bye.

I purchased this for confetti balloons, so that the confetti would stick to the side and not just fall in one place of the balloons. It did its job. It was a bit messy and not really easy to store if you don't use it all at once. Good size for the price and easy to use. I used a balloon blower with just air, not helium to to inflate. I could not tell you how it would work on Helium balloons, but I would think about the same. It did what I purchased it to do so I can't really complain about the mess. I mean it's pretty much like spray glue so can't expect to walk away without some kind of mess.

I purchased the Hi-Float Solution to use for my daughter's 5th bday. Because we weren't able to have our usual bday party for her because of Covid, I wanted to make it extra special by blowing up lots of balloons for her. She loves balloons but is always disappointed they deflate so quickly. I was a little skeptical about how well the Hi-Float would work, but was extremely happy with how well it actually worked!! I inflated 30 12" latex balloons, and they stayed afloat for about 7-8 days!!! My daughter was thrilled to see them floating for so many days! I couldn't believe how long they lasted either! I followed their instructions and made sure the balloon was well coated all around before inflating them with the helium. I've never written a review for an item before, but was so impressed with how well the Hi-Float Solution worked, I had to share. I will definitely be using this product again!* I'm editing this post to add that when I filled the balloons with the Hi-Float solution, I made sure the nozzle of the pump was all the way in to the balloon past the neck of the balloon and then I didn't use a full pump. I stopped the pump right before it went all the way down, so it was a little less than a full pump. This was the amount I used for 12 inch balloons. I think it's really important to follow the directions they provide. I really was amazed at how well this worked!!
