How do I install this? There was no protective layer to peel off, just double-sided tape around all of the edges. No instructions included.

Firstly, use the accessories in the package to clean the screen completely. Secondly, peel off the protective film on the back and then peel off the clear adhesive strip and install it against the screen. Finally, peel off the protective film on the front when you are done. It's better to have a helper.

Is this anti glare screen protector?

Yes, reduces my headache a lot.

Is it compatible with touchscreen screens?

Hate to say but I wouldn’t get this. There’s a strip of tape around the sides so there’s no actual solid contact with the screen.
