Ok so I am going to get the hard facts out of the way. All shilajit has an unpleasant odor and taste. The odor is a faint manure smell and the taste strait up is like ear wax with dirt. Yeah I said it, and it is absolutely the truth. I do not get paid for this and even if I was, there is no reason to BS people into buying a lie. Now that, that is out out of the way the product works a little too good. I have ADHD and anxiety. I feel more balanced on this than I do on my medication. My brain is not doing the multiple mental gymnastics that I usually experience. I have so much more energy and I sleep very well at night. As far as exercise, I was able to do over 10,000 steps in just a couple of hours, when I normally can’t do more than 7000 in a day. I will continue to buy. I take mine in mint tea. It removes the odor and the taste is completely undetectable. I will stress that the tea should be prepared the British way. Tea bag in, hot water poured, and shilajit added (sugar milk etc). When I made it the American way it tasted burnt, so there is probably something to the British tea experience, but do what works for you. I do wish it had a longer spoon with a more accurate measurement of the amount needed. If you buy this product, you really only need about half of the spoon size that was included.

I received quickly I decided to try this and let’s say I’m NOT one to try new things especially something foreign. This is some oooey gooey tar like mix I tried to mix it with something to drink ; didn’t work since my choice of drink is room temperature water; Or fairlife chocolate milk …yet I couldn’t get it to melt into the choice of fluid/drink, Yet I’ve got a way to digest this and it’s an experience like no other the taste is like I can’t describe ..other than the taste; it’s like TAR sticky & stinky … Gives ya energy so if your a early bed person ; I would take this first thing early morning so you will get the feel of energy and as far as the mental clarity well that’s questionable Try at your own risk

Love packaging and cute little Jar but you are paying for air it is not filled up which makes it a waist of money

I saw Shilajit promoted online and was a bit skeptical. But is supposed to help with regenerative effects. It’s also has antioxidant features. Hard to say if that’s the only reason I feel better as of recently but it has definitely helped.

Taste terrible

Do use caution when using this, when it says it's an internal cleaner, it really is. I had an almost instant response to this product and had to live on the toilet for a couple hours. But overall I felt great after use.

I have been taking it, it does gives a little change to the flavor of the tea… can tell the difference much..at least not yet.
