Helps with reduced calorie diet.
I’ve been using this in conjunction with a reduced calorie diet for six weeks now. I find that it does cut down on my cravings and helps me stick to the plan. I’ve lost 12 pounds do far.

Buyer beware, this does not work...at all
Maybe if I take this for a week or two it starts working????? Have been taking this as directed and it does not reduce any cravings.After a few days taking 2 capsules morning and then in evening prior to meals (as directed) I decided to double the dosage to see if it would help. NOPE. Buyer beware, not only is this an expensive product (even if it helped a little) it plain a simply does not work.

I would buy this again.
It works, but….You need to take this 1-2 hours before you would normally eat. This product helps onset the feeling of being full. (At least for me.) After a smaller portion than I am used to eating, I feel full. For me that’s baby steps and progress! Typically I would eat something and just keep eating. My portions control is nonexistent. However, with this, it’s back.

Hit or miss some days it kept me full other day it didn’t. I guess if I was consistent with working out it’ll work best but my work hours don’t allow that to happen.

You might a well be on ozempic.. Serious crave killer. I had to remember that I need to eat. Ate three bites. No desire to eat anymore. That's been 30 days ago. Beginning weight 228. End weight 199.. just ordered my second batch. No jitters either. Just no desire.
