What size pan do you use this in?

Height: You can use these nails in 2-4" tall pans. The nails are 2" tall but still work in taller cakes. As far as width, anything 10-12" wide will benefit from two or three nails in the center. I used 5 nails in a 16" round cake and it worked to help the center cook without overcooking the edges.
