They work.
They helped me to get regular again and I use them for occasional bathroom issues. It's more reliable than taking something at night to be able to go in the morning and not know when. It works within minutes and no cramping throughout the day after.

Worked for the backed up preggo girl!

Not as good as I expected
Did not work that well for me, not as fast acting as I expected either, but perhaps you might find it works for you, so you must try it yourself to determine it's effectiveness.
