Surprisingly good night guards for the price. The soft EVA material makes shaping super easy, and you can trim it to fit your mouth perfectly. You get 4 pieces, which is a great deal compared to the one I got from my dentist years ago that cost around $250 with insurance. It’s obviously not the same as a custom dental guard, but it’s close enough and it definitely works for my nightly grinding. The process was easy, the design is good, and it stays in place. I’ve only been using it for almost a week, so I can’t speak on durability yet, but so far it’s working well.

These are absolutely great! My husband paid £500 to have a guard made through the dentist, so I was reluctant to go through them when they told me my teeth were cracking due to grinding in my sleep. The instructions are pretty easy to follow, if you don't have a thermometer to check the temperature of the water, just poor a freshly boiled kettle into a small pan. Gum shield is ready to come out when you see the rubber soften and close in, but don't leave it too long or the sides stick together. It's easy to cut off any excess, and you can redo it as many times as you need to to get it right. I did a set for upper teeth first, it was comfortable but made me dribble, so I've made a set for lower teeth. I had to cut quite a lot off, as I think they are designed for uppers, but they are comfortable, and don't force my mouth open, so hopefully won't dribble. Great product at a great price! Very happy bunny!
