Fire Grand Convoy (Superlink)

I was very excited to find this item available, and didn't mind the high price at all... I'd been eying it for a long time in online galleries, and jumped at the chance to add it to my collection.When it arrived, I was very excited... I'd already had his spot in my display case cleared and ready. Unfortunately, one of his legs had broken at the knee. Looking at the remaining leg, I could see that it appeared to be a weak-point in the clear plastic used. Hoping that I was wrong, and figuring that I would just be displaying him anyway, I contacted BBTS, who made it super-easy to return, and shipped out a replacement as soon as I'd dropped the old one off at UPS.When the 2nd one arrived, I was dismayed to discover that this one, too, was broken in exactly the same place. BBTS was very understanding, and issued me a full refund as soon as they received the item back.This is a great-looking figure, with wonderful paint-scheme with excellent color. Unfortunately, it seems that the clear plastic used for some of it's joins can't stand up to the test of time, at least not the 2 I tried.I ended up buying the regular-colored version that came packaged with a Scaled-down version of Megatron, and was happy to find no problems (though I was very careful and afraid of the joints on that one too!) So at least I could add the MOLD to my collection, if not the specific deco.
