This stuff is the real deal , I train MMA and holy cow I've seen a tremendous boost in my performance, my cardio in particular which is what mma is mostly , I've had some pretty crazy sessions with this stuff I've trained for 2 hours with 3 very short breaks and had the energy to run 3 miles after class , it makes you breathe better it feels like a hack honestly. I thought it was hype after seeing some of my favorite athletes use it , it's not this stuff is the real deal , if you're into mma or any endurance sport buy this you won't regret

I put one on my coffee drink every morning, the b12 boost alone is great for immune system and energy, noticed a better recovery the next day on my lower back pain. The cordyceps addition are even more beneficial because stronger it improves endurance, and better stamina … one ingredient promises all of that. Wow.

Didn’t give me any noticeable amount of extra energy. On the positive side it didn’t upset my stomach or give me the jitters.

My favorite Onnit supplement. The science behind all Onnit products, and anything endorsed by Joe Rogan is legit. When I took this, I noticed an initial boost of energy. Each time I used this supplement, the point in my workout when I would normally start to wear out and want to quit early, never came. I found myself with more energy and doing more sets than I had originally planned. Loved this stuff. Better than preworkout because it is all natural and doesn't give you shakes, while still giving you that extra push. Only downfall, serving size. I believe the ingredients are fat soluble (don't quote me on that), so the more you weigh, the more they suggest to take. Being 225 pounds, I found myself often taking a minimum of 4 capsules each time. So unfortunately, bigger people will spend much more on this in the long run, but I would buy it again.

Provides great energy and motivation during my training. Not caffeine type energy along with good clean focus.

Taking 4 of these at a time really makes this product not worth it. I don’t notice any real difference so I’ll just stick with Alpha Brain.
