How to attach to backpack?

The 8TIMBER Stern Link attaches to backpacks with webbing on the shoulder straps via it's plastic tri glide adjusters. We'll do our best to post a video showing this shortly!

What is the maximum width a strap can be for the tri glide inserts?

1 inch webbing! Which we found was pretty standard for most backpack straps

Do you make a clip with a bigger webbing? This would be perfect for my son's backpack but his straps are 3 inches😔

Thanks for reaching out! We currently only offer the stern link with a 1" triglide plastic piece on either end. We intend for users to fasten this plastic triglide onto 1" webbing directly [a feature commonly seen added onto adult backpack straps]
