This phone is fantastic it’s easy to use, very simple set up the loudspeaker is nice and loud. When it rings there’s an orange glow on the top let you know it’s ringing. Up until now I’ve been using BT calling phones, supposedly for seniors but they have always been a letdown. This phone is great, great features too. Love love love👍🏾😀😀

I bought this for my elderly father who has hearing issues. He has found it OK for use after a bit of practice. Given that it's supposed to be for hard of hearing, the clarity and volume is not a good as we were expecting. The answer machine sounds muffled when played back and not that loud. Some improvements could be made considering the cost.

The phone is loud and has a flashing red light so easy for my mother to hear and see when she receives calls . It did take me awhile to set it up with her contact list but once I did that she has had no problems getting use to it , the calls name is well lite up . Pleased we got this and the mobile one for her to use in the other rooms . Answer phone is clear and a good buy all round .

I have been trying to set it up for hours. Impossible with directions provided. Cordless handset works but corded phone goes to mute and even when pressing unmute does not work. I will try to contact customer services tomorrow but will probably be sending it back. Disappointing as I bought it for a terminally ill friend being discharged from hospital.

The main telephone is good and works perfectly. The other free standingphone has never norked and I have received no help from the manufacturers on this matter. They keep reverting me bacvk to Amazon. All i need is a replacement charging base !!!!

Nice piece of kit. Bought for my elderly parent. Loud ring with options to change the ring tone best suited to her hearing and the flashing light on the handset was an added bonus.

Generally this phone is very good. It was purchasdd for use by a person who has limited sight and hearing. The main handset is easy to use, we did add some small stick on blobs too the main memory button used to make it easier as the photos on these buttons are too small. The second wire free handset is less usefull as it has smaller buttons. This does make it harder to use than the base station, so much so, that it is only any good to answer calls.

i brought this phone and i can hear it very well
