I've almost finished the 1st box & will begin the 2nd one in a few days. So far, I've noticed that I'm urinating much more often, which I think is a good thing. I believe you're supposed to go at least once an hour if you're drinking the right amount of fluids & this has increased for me since starting the H²O supplements. I have labs tomorrow so I'll know results next week & find out if this has been working & how well if not. I'll let y'all know.

Sometimes it seems a little longer to completely dissolve. Have not had any other problems with the product.

Didn’t really feel the health benefits

This product instantly gave me a headache. Then, my ears, started ringing and I checked, and my blood pressure was extremely elevated. I would not recommend this product. It doesn't seem to be what it's described to be. And when I tried to contact the supplier through the amazon link, I was sent on a journey of forever on hold. No one ever picked up and then they just said goodbye.

This product seems to really help me with many issues. I'm less sore after workouts, I feel less anxiety and stress, and my mood is much better. It does have a chalky taste, but it's not bad and I've gotten used to it. IT's to be expected. My only question is that the product claims to have 12 parts per billion and the Dr. Mercola version with the same amount of elemental magnesium only claims to have 8 parts per million. So, somebody is wrong! I would certainly buy this again, but I think the Dr. Mercola version is probably more realistic in the total hydrogen in the product. I'm going to buy it next time to see if I can tell a difference!
