Can you lay the unit on your bed while laying down to use?

I suppose you could try using it while laying down...but the unit is pretty large and bulky, so it might be more comfortable to be seated on the couch or in a recliner.

Does it push your foot forward?

If you are not sitting with your legs straight from the knees down it can push your feet out slightly. I found that you don’t want to have your feet real firmly on the bottom because it is deep tissue massage and can actually hurt if they are too firmly placed on the bottom. I really do love it! Very good massager!

Does it work with 240v ?
