If you're addicted to the coffee, you won't find the bitterness of the coffee. Although, it has the similar taste as coffee but not that much bitter. You can use it if you want to reduce the amount of coffee, like I used to drink a cup of coffee with 3 tsp of coffee but now, I put 2 tsp of this and 1 tsp of coffee that makes the coffee less bitter and also less caffeine. You can reduce the amount of caffeine but not replaceable thing for coffee. Just to reduce the amount of caffeine.

Good on the whole, dissolves well, but the label says 25% maltodextrin...

The box lid was broken and seal already opened. The product was totally spilled out from the box into the packaging cover. Photos attached. Don't know whether it is safe to use or not.

I use it on my whey, tastes almost like coffee. Quality seems nice, quite soluble & flavouful.

There's no flavour in this Chicory Powder. Can't use this powder alone to prepare a Coffee substitute. I mix this powder with Instant Coffee. Can be excused due to its moderate price.
