Absolutely delicious
I work out in the southern Alabama heat daily. These packets have been an absolute life saver for me. They are easy to pour into a bottle of water, shake a few times, and rehydration begins. They have the replenishments that are needed when you work out in the sun and humidity. I am able to stay hydrated and focused as a result of this little packet!!

Everything changed
I was expecting the same product I've bought in the past. Each packet used to be enough for a 16oz bottle of water, which is a typical size bottle. The packets that arrived the other day are for 10oz of water, so one packet isn't enough... 2 packets are too much. Also, 5 or 6 packets were empty... just full of air. Another change: The description on the packets used to be "electrolyte replenishment". Now they are "low calorie electrolyte beverage mix".

This is a good zero sugar electrolyte. I have been using these on the job for a long time. The price was fair shipping fast no problems

I really like a few of these flavors. Cheaper than Gatorade and I can make a bunch in the fridge for a week at a time.
