The chip is crushed...
The heatsink is one piece and it wraps around the board. Its secured with a single screw that goes from one side to the other. The heatsink appears to be too wide for the chip. The screw is cranked all of the way down and it's pushing on one edge of the chip and it has actually crushed it a bit. I don't know if it will affect its performance or not, I haven't received the board yet to test them. It's just poor craftsmanship. All five are the same, I took the screws out to check. I'd assume it's the same heatsink for every driver, I'd also assume some chips on the various drivers are taller. I'd honestly be willing to pay a bit more and have a thermal conductive shim added to the top of the chip and a washer around the screw between the board and heatsink. I love Biqu and BTT they make fantastic parts, that's why this disappoints me so much. I'll try and remember to update once I test them.

Not the best board
Not the best board to use on my ender 5. Intermittent issues with the probe malfunctioning. Tried 2 other probes found the connector on the board is faulty. Replacing this with the Manta M5P which I hope works better.

I have about a hundred hours on it know and it has worked well so far. More than enough board for most printers.

Expectativas muy altas pero ....
Actualicé de skr 1.4 a 2 con expectativas de mayor protección con mosfets pero sin éxito. La versión que recibí fue supuestamente la versión con el problema resuelto, pero después de 2 meses la placa dejó de calentar la cama, debiendo 0 Voltios cuando se le pidió que calentara la cama. Qué lástima que fuera un cartel con mucho potencial. Amazon devolvió el dinero pero ahora volver a comprarlo es más caro. Doble decepción.

No more uart jumper cables!
I purchased this to replace the mks gen l 1.0 that I've ran for the last 4 or 5 years. It's nice to finally not have to deal with the extra wiring from the uart jumpers that were needed on the mks board.
