Q: Where is the charge indicator? I do not see anywhere that shows the flashlight needs to be charged or is fully charged.

Look down where the cable plugs in to charge. You will see a red flashing light when it is charging. The light stops flashing when it is fully charged.

Q: How do I change the battery?

I don’t believe you can change the batteries the only way for sure is to contact the manufacturer or to try to take it apart but if you take it apart, you may not be able to put back together recommendation you may want to just buy a replacement flashlight It might be more expensive to replace the battery them just to replace it. Q: I want this for a Colorado River raft trip. Has anyone tested its waterproof feature?

I wouldn't even put it under running water in the sink. The front light screws on kind of loose, plastic material is not tight on the ends, and the USB cover sits lightly over the USB port. Here is a piece of the description: 'Fully enclosed structure, explosion-proof, dust-proof, shockproof, IPX4 waterproof, rainproof, and splash-proof. (But don't put in water)"

Q: Does it get so hot in the Sun charging,it gets destroyed?

I don't have answers to your questions but it might help to know that mine don't get to fully charge in the sun. Instead I used electric charging to fully charge it. It worked strong the first time overnight used as a night lamp The second overnight used was not as strong as the first used. I routinely charge it after 2 overnight used as a night lamp.

'Emergency/ camping torch.

This torch is supprisingly light to hold, but that is not a problem. It has no batteries to replace. You can charge it with the supplied USB lead, then just let the torch recharge in daylight.The torch has a good flood and long reach beam, so this is a good buy from anyone.

The torch was made in China !

When this delivery arrived ,one of the torches did not function properly in that the main torch did not work.On closer examination ,one of the 2 wires (black) soldered onto the bulb housing had become detacctedfron its terminal. I did just get my electic soldering iron out and "sweat it back on" so the torch is fully functional now,without returning as a defective part.
