UPDATE: 2025-06-18 I've used the faucet for exactly 2 years now and have had absolutely no problems with it. We wash dishes by hand and are constantly banging pots, pans and heavy dishes into it. So far there are no marks on the spout, not even one small scratch! Within the last week, the faucet developed a small drip and I found that it was coming from the hot water valve stem. (This is easy to determine just by turning off the flat head screw water shutoff valves one at a time. These are a part of the inlet offsets included with the faucet.) The spout also developed a very slight leak as well. I figured if I was going to fix one, I might as well fix both. After removing the spout, I found one of the two o-rings split and had broken off. I scrounged up a suitable replacement from my stash of miscellaneous o-rings. (These don't have to be exact.) I also disassembled the hot water valve stem and soaked it in white vinegar for 15 minutes, rinsed it with clean water and then re-assembled the valve stem. No more drips or leaks! After two years, I would still recommend this faucet and would still rate it at 5 stars! It's very refreshing to see a fair priced product that is just as reliable as the big named brands. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'm not a big review writer, but in this case I wanted to share what an excellent value this faucet is for under $60. If you're like me and own an older home (1950's), this faucet is one of your only options for wall mounting. And for some odd reason, living in Southern California further narrows down the options that can be shipped to my location. I suspect it has something to do with our ridiculously strict home building codes. Besides that and an extremely difficult time removing the prior faucet and galvanized piping, I'd like to give you my opinion of the pros and cons of this faucet. PROS: - Everything you need (except tools) is included in the purchase, even teflon tape, albeit a rather cheap version. You are provided with the offsets to fit anywhere between a 6" and nearly 9" center between water supply pipes. You get short 2.5" brass nipples to help mounting to female ended water supply pipes. - The packaging is tidy with a foam insert so every part has its place and stays in place. - Very nice, shiny chrome finish. - With the exception of the spout, the faucet came completely assembled - no need to add the valves or handles. - The spout uses a conventional nut connection with O-rings. If it begins to leak, simply replace the O-rings. My prior wall mount faucet from American Standard had a proprietary plastic fitting mechanism in the spout that helped it "lock" into the faucet. Once that wore out and broke, you have no choice but to replace the entire faucet. - Exceptional customer service. CONS: - The Instructions can be improved upon, but should be easily figured out from the provided drawings. - If you've never installed a faucet before, this might not be a good first attempt simply because of the poor instructions, the fact you're attempting a non-conventional mounted faucet, and the myriad of challenges that come with retrofits and installs on an older home. - The spout material is thin and lightweight. It might take a severe beating against heavy dishes, pots, pans, etc. - The aerator threading at the end of the spout is standard but was difficult to fit another aerator on for some reason. Take your time, cross-threading is highly likely to occur. - The operation of the hot and cold water valves were opposite of what I was accustomed to. Rather than both valves turning on/off in the same direction, they were opposite. One turns clockwise, the other turns counter-clockwise. It is still confusing to this day and the faucet has been installed for nearly two months now. COMMENTS: - No options for other finishes or longer spouts were available to ship to Southern California. - The faucet valves are 6" apart. While it saves space and is compact, it tends to look a little small in our large, outdated cast iron sink. - While I listed the opposing valve operation as a con above, customer support was outstanding in helping to remedy the situation. I contacted them wanting to purchase a reverse operating valve and rather than just sending the valve, they shipped out an entirely complete faucet set for the price of one valve. Unfortunately, the newly received faucet set was "gently" used and came with an extremely short 6" spout, but is certainly sufficient to solve the valve situation. Not only that, now I have a set of spare parts.

I bought the Airuida Brushed Nickel wall mount faucet with 4" spout for our laundry room sink. The faucet arrived with a minor issue. I contacted customer service and received a quick and courteous response. The issue was taken care of promptly. It was easy to install. The faucet looks impressive with good water flow. I've had it installed two months now and no leaks, no issues. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy again from Airuida.

We had a small pin hole leak from the faucet after installment, however, the company quickly sent out a replacement part & we’re very eager to make things right.

This product was easy to install, fits perfectly. Just what I was looking for. Water flow is good. Looks stunning

This faucet is a total letdown. It started leaking as soon as I installed it. The seals are too small and got inside the water pipe when you tighten down the faucet. The materials feel really cheap and flimsy, nothing like what you’d expect from something advertised for kitchen or commercial use. The finish looks low-quality in person, and the overall construction just doesn’t seem durable at all. I didn’t even bother contacting customer service because the product was clearly not worth the effort. I wouldn’t recommend this faucet to anyone. It may look decent in the photos, but the real thing is poorly made and unreliable right out of the box. Pay attention to other bad reviews, they are not wrong. I bought this one just because this one was the only faucet that would fit the application, anything else I found that would fit seemed to be a better faucet it could not be shipped to California so I was stuck with this one, Home Depot and Lowe's didn't have anything either. Will most likely throw this one in the trash and install two hose bib faucets, this is for a mop sink in the garage so it doesn't need to be pretty, just functional. I have no clue how this got a 4,3 rating.

I bought this faucet without measuring the sink I was planning on using with it. The spout was way too long and I couldn't find how to purchase a spout by itself. So I sent a email to the company that makes the faucet and they responded within the hour. A few emails back and forth to confirm the correct size spout and they shipped it out free of charge. I did help pay half the freight charge but I was happy to. It was my fault for buying the wrong size in my haste, so a small shipping fee was completely acceptable. They also followed up with me to make sure I received the item and it was the correct spout. The people of this company should stand out among the rest for taking great care of their customers, even when it wasn't a problem they caused. The manner of packaging this faucet and ancillary pieces in their own cut out foam compartments, in a sturdy box with a hinged lid, is impressive. The satin (low shine) finish is immaculate, as are the casting and machining of the fixture and fittings. The provision for adjustability of the spacing at the mounting points of this wall mount faucet is great, allowing good latitude for use in any likely situation. My home is in the 80 year old range and adherence to precise spacing and placement of plumbing outlets was not a priority during 1940's both wartime and post war. I expect this upgrade replacement fixture, for use over my kitchen sink, will be a breeze to install and a pleasure to use.
