It smells real good, but does not work at all. The fleas actually sat on the collar.

It works pretty good 1year no ticks no fleas last year we got 2ticks and the other dog got fleas not sure if it was because it was 3 months old during the peak of the season we will change them right at 3 months

The only flea and tick collar I use on my dog. I’ve put this on her every year for the last 5+ years when we go into wooded areas and she never has any ticks, has never had fleas either. The only drawback is the smell if you have a sensitive nose, because although it’s not a bad smell it is overpowering for a little while due to the essential oils. Never bothered my dog though!

I'm hoping the company reads this as I believe they have a great product but its not long enough for large dogs. I have a 95 lb lab. He is in fantastic shape so not overweight by any means. Just a big powerful, muscular neck. 24" is too tight aroud his neck. 26" would work. Its so tight, that when I took it on and off as per the directions, for the first 2 days, the end broker, rendering it useless. The company was excellent about replacing but I don't like my dog wearing collars that tight so I'll be taking it off at night until I find another all natural brand which is longer. That's a shame. I know its partially about profitability and adding 2" will add cost, but I can't be the only large dog owner who has had this problem. I reached out to your product director on linked in and haven't heard back and the response i received from customer service when I reported the short length was basically, sorry, that''s the size. Your response to the collar breaking was immediate which I appreciate.

We're trying it one more time as it comes highly recommended... but while it worked great for a month and change it didn't work more than five weeks for us. Maybe ours was a dud or got wet or something. We'll see.

The only flea and tick product I use on my elderly dogs.
