Mattel View-Master Experience Pack: Discovery Underwater

El producto de realidad virtual es excelente, da un aspecto de que te encuentras en el lugar especificado, es muy bueno para que los niños conozcan más acerca de la prehistoria y sus habitantes de verdad que he disfrutado en exceso este paquete, es muy entretenido para toda la familia y un regalo perfecto para estas fechas. Como siempre el envio en excelentes condiciones y recibido en 2 días. Siempre un gusto compar en Amazon.

Recibí este artículo, y resulta que para utilizarlo hay que descargar un programa que no existe. Si existe en otro país, no sé. Pero el el App Store de España no existe y el código QR no funciona. Por lo que he podido leer, la casa Mattel eliminó este tipo de programa hace tiempo.

Der Kauf des View-Master und der Erweiterungspacks erfolgte auf Grund des Hinweis "Der View-Master funktioniert möglicherweise auch mit neueren, nicht oben aufgeführten Android-Smartphone-Modellen,...". An heilig Abend kam dann die große Ernüchterung. Für die in unserem Haushalt vorliegenden aktuellen Android-Smartphones (4 Stück) war nur 1 von 3 Apps (Weltraum) im PlayStore verfügbar. Nach der Installation gings dann damit weiter, dass die App zwar gestartet werden konnte, aber nicht wirklich funktionierte. Nach dem Anzeigen eines Hilfe-Textfelds ist nämlich Schluß mit dem Spielspaß. Deinstallieren und neue Installation oder auch ein Smartphone-Neustart haben auch nicht geholfen (bei allen 4 Smartphones). Am 27.12.16 habe ich dann versucht, über die Mattel-Kundenhotline Hilfe zu erhalten. Resultat: Wirklich funktionieren würde der View-Master nur mit den expliziet aufgeführten Smartphone-Modellen und für den zusätzlichen Hinweis wird keinerlei Verantwortung übernommen. Auf meine Frage, weshalb dann dieser Hinweis überhaupt aufgedruckt wird, obwohl dieser zu einem Fehlkauf führen kann und aus meiner Sicht somit eine Irreführung darstellt, wurde nur geantwortet, dass es ja möglicherweise doch mit anderen Smartphone-Modellen funktioneren könnte, jedoch in meinem Fall dies leider nicht zutrifft. Ich sollte doch versuchen, über den Verkaufspartner die erworbenen Produkte wieder zurückzugeben. Eine Aktualisierung der Apps, wodurch ggf. eine Kompatibilität möglich wäre, ist für die nächste Zeit nicht geplant und ansonsten kann man mir auch nicht weiterhelfen. So nun sitze ich hier mit einem äußerst zu tiefst enttäuschten Kind und werde vor die Entscheidung gestellt: Rückabwicklung des Kaufs über Amazon oder Erwerb eines explizit aufgeführten Smartphone. My 4yo daughter's a big fan of the ViewMaster range, and we got her this for Xmas. I'm sorry to say I expected a bit more from Mattel. First of all, the AR reel doesn't work. The phone app will scan the QR code on he back just fine, but it will not read the reel, however much light there is or however far away you look at it from. Now, for the game itself. You enter the game and you're taken to an exhibition of 6 dinosaur fossil skeletons. So far so good. You look up and you see a miniature globe rotating on top of you. Not sure I understand why. You select a dinosaur skeleton, and you're given 5 choices: Encounter, Adventure, AR View, Settings and Help. The AR View obviously does not work for me. The Settings menu only includes Mute/Sound On options, and for that it takes you out of the game and asks that you take off the headset, which seems slightly foolish to me, because you might as well mute your phone if you're going to take the headset off. The Encounter menu takes you to the dinosaur realm. You have the option to Play/Pause Narration, which doesn't work for me. There is no narration. Then, if you interract with the dinosaurs, you can select between 3 types of skin, which I'd be happy to learn more about if there were such a thing as a narration. As for the Adventure part, which is an ok-ish game but somewhat repetitive, there are a few bugs there as well. Like the fact that if you want to control several dinosaurs at once, you have to turn back to collect each one from whichever bush they might have become entangled in. It needs a lot of work, this game. Far less impressive than Viewmaster Space Experience Pack or any of the other games, which worked perfectly on my Sony Xperia, reels included, and every option there served a purpose.

Il mio parere è negativo per il semplice fatto che è inutilizzabile con iPhone 6 mentre invece le indicazioni del prodotto indicano il contrario. Acquisto inutile
