I'm not a musician but I bought this for parties and events. The sound is full and calming. It looks very pretty just hanging out on my credenza when not in use.

This is horrible. The stand came bent almost in half. I cannot hang the gong from the stand at all. This was a Christmas gift and I don’t even have the time to return it and get another one. Even in the photo I have tried bending it out to fix it, it was even more bent than it in in the picture. Absolutely horrible and I’m devastated bc I was so excited to give this to my mom.
