I got this to hold magnetic eyeshadow pans. these do not slide around inside. some have complained that the magnet is not strong enough or it is too small for full size lipstick, but it is made for specific stuff that has the metal pan. The mirror is a real mirror, a good size and not a piece of reflective mirror paper.

At this point I should have sent it back!! What a strange thing!!! Great mirror, weird box.. it's a half inch deep...???!!! Why?? What on Earth is a half inch deep.. you cannot put lipstick in here!! Which is why I bought it. It's so shallow that I couldn't find things that would work in it. It doesn't make sense!!! If it was an inch deep it would be useful. Now it's a glorified mirror with an odd wallety thing attached! And that thing just hangs when you open it, no magnet or anything to keep it closed. It would be a great way to hide your cards and some bills but that is about it. I'm kind of mad I didn't send it back, but maybe I can keep someone from buying this silly thing! That said, I had to find a use for it so decided to buy Avon mini sample lipsticks in lots of colors because it's all that will fit in this shallow box. I can't go without lipstick so I guess I'll have every color with me! My eyebrow compact fits so I can carry that too. You shouldn't have to think this hard to utilize a product! And the samples cost me thirty dollars so this stupid thing cost me way more than it's worth. It's pretty and nicely made but that doesn't make up for the stupidity of the design. If I could give it no stars, I would.

The case is way smaller than it looks in photos. I couldn’t use it, so I gave mine away after I got it. You can’t even fit a lipstick or a compact inside it. The case is way too small and shallow to hold anything other than maybe an eyeliner and some eye shadow. If they made it larger and like an inch deeper, it’d be useful.

This far exceeded my expectations! I throw this clutch into my pocketbook to keep all my makeup, money, and other small accessories together. I can also put my favorite eyeshadow shades from the Naked palette in it since its magnetic. Soooo convenient!!
