What is the difference between the models?

I read somewhere the silver model has 30 min run time while the gold and platinum runs 90 min

Does the Skull Shaver razor include a warranty?

No, I attempted to get my shaver head replaced because it now screeches for some reason and they told me I need to buy a new shaver head. They only warranty the motor/handle part

Does this product work well for men who get acne breakouts on their scalp?

While I do not have acne breakouts, I do have tiny imperfections in my scalp along with a couple of small moles. The Pit Bull Gold glides over them without irritation, yet it shaves close. I would recommend using it wet with a quality shaving soap/cream.

This is not meant for the neck?

The hairs on your face and neck - as with the skin itself - are different. That is why hair clippers are different than face electric razors. If it is meant for your face, use it on your face. If its meant for your head, use it on your head. Also, the power (RPM's, if you will) of the device makes a huge difference: its like using a super sharp butcher knife vs a butter knife ... the faster the blades move, the cleaner the cut will be and the happier your skin will be. Ingrown hairs, which many people actually believe is "breaking out", is a telltale sign that your shaver is not powerful enough (or the blades are dull).
