Small but does the job

This little adapter saved me a plumber bill when my shower head holder broke and the new one didn't allow for the shower head to move and rotate. I added this extension and it works great.

It fits and doesn’t leak

Fits the showerhead and doesn’t leak, but it never tightens up the showerhead swivels way too easy
