Very pretty. Exactly as shown in the picture. Holds a standard size paper towel roll. The base is heavy enough that you can tear off a paper towel with one hand and it doesn’t slide across the counter. But it is not so heavy that it is difficult to move. They really hit the sweet spot on the right heaviness for the base. The flowers and butterfly decorations have held up great for over a year now, even with rough kids using it. Would definitely recommend.

The paper towel holder was very easy to assemble. I did so in less than 3 minutes. It is sturdy and looks great with my black appliances. No need to hold the item while tearing away a paper towel.

It's solidly made, but I was disappointed that it didn't live up to the description. It's not supposed to spin, keeping the paper towels somewhat controlled. Nope. That was the reason for 4 stars.

It deserves 5 stars in functionality and looks but I would take a star off when there are no instructions. I had to refer to photo on Amazon website as the photo on the box was misleading. I like how it stops the paper towel roll from rolling uncontrollably. It is also steady on the counter. I had an OXO and whenever you tore a sheet you ended up with more than you wanted!

Great quality and very functional. The weighted base keeps it in place, and the ratchet system makes it easy to grab just one paper towel at a time. Super easy to assemble. Highly recommend!

The product is a little bit thin and cheap. It does fit a big roll of Kirkland paper towels. Tearing the towels off for a little bit hard because it’s so lightweight that you have to hold it with one hand. The color is just like it shows in the picture. So I guess my biggest complaint is that it’s not easy to use. But the pros of it is that it’s the perfect color I was looking for and it fits large rolls of paper towels.
