Really nice cheese molds
I am very happy with these cheese molds. I think they are the perfect size for small quantity batches of cheese. I am using them for the authentic fig cheese, using a fig twig and leaves, and they work beautifully. I would recommend them.

Best slow strainer for ricotta!
Great for making a tub of ricotta cheese: 1/2 g milk and 1 c cream heated to 208 degees, off heat add 2 tsp salt cool to 110 degrees, add 1/2 tsp rennet diluted in 2 tbs water, wait 12 minutes. Stir VERY slowly with holey spoon, then ladle curds into container. Nice design after draining 1 hr. Yum!

Wish they sold the appropriate-sized outer container but overall these work well for straining curd

Size & Price
Love the size & design for top of the kefir feta-style cheese. The test will be as the cheese is pressed how it turns out. Resonable cost. I will update after use.

Great little mold
Great product. I used this for soft goat cheese and it worked great, even better than I expected.

Grossly overpriced plastic w/o packaging
The mold is nice and has a nice pattern on top but it’s grossly overpriced. It’s just a piece of plastic. No packaging, not even a plastic bag, nor labels to ascertain that it’s BPA free or indeed made in Italy. It should be maybe $1.50 plus shipping.

Not a large basket but works fine
Easy to does the job the picture makes it look bigger than III is. Good for about half gallon of milk cheese when all said I down.
